Built around a simple idea: every person carries a fire, a primordial seed planted in your heart ~ your purpose, your destiny, the thing that makes you shine brightest.
And every fire must be tended.
The question is what does your fire need today?
Fire Camp is more than a program. It is a gathering. A community ~ a time and place for you and me to work together in a small group of 5 to 6 peers and private 1:1 format, to give you the customized structure, support and networking power you need to reach your vision for your life.
Fire Camp operates in three-month sprints to create and maximize momentum.
A note on how this works.
After more than five years of hosting these containers, I have learned that three months is the magic number. Short enough to stay focused and on fire. Long enough to see real results. Every level of Fire Camp runs on a three-month commitment, renewed quarterly. At the end of each quarter you will receive a renewal invitation. If it's not the right season, we will celebrate what you built and hold the door open for when you're ready to return.

And you are always invited and welcome to join us in person in Texas for our monthly Sunset at the Stables. One 90-minute monthly small group facilitated session to bring more presence, ritual and warm community to your life. A seasonal workshop each quarter. Access to the monthly Sunset at the Stables series at Kenshō Stables near Austin. A community that notices when your fire goes quiet. And calls you back.

Picture a weekday afternoon. You log on and there they are. Peers building real things, celebrating each other's wins out loud, workshopping each other's obstacles like they're their own. A monthly immersive workshop themed with the seasons and moons. A circle that knows your name and your vision. The book club feeding you between sessions. People who refuse to let you dim. And $200 off every international retreat.

My work, your work, our fires burning brighter with the additional nudge of support for your vision to come into fruition. You will be amazed what gets finished in that room.

You come to Kenshō for the annual group retreat ~ all Full Flame and Forge leaders together. Twenty-five acres of Texas Hill Country. Horses who respond only to what's true. Dark sky nights. Woven into your year before you come, we design what you're coming to do. After, we integrate what opened.
Your trip to the ranch isn't an event you attend. It's a chapter of your becoming.
This is not a program. It is a twelve-month partnership for the person standing a company up, getting the product out the door, pivoting an entire career. The aim-for-the-bleachers chapter of their life.
The Forge is the only tier with a year-long commitment. Because a full life-work reboot deserves that kind of time. Three months is not enough to change everything. Twelve months is.

Fire Tenders ~ 90 minutes once a month, plus one 90-minute seasonal workshop per quarter.
The Campfire ~ two 90-minute sessions per month, plus an optional one-hour book club.
The Torch ~ a one-time 90-minute kick-off session, then three sessions per month with just one week off: two 90-minute sessions and one 45-minute private session. Plus bonus Campfire Coworking for additional focus time whenever you want it.
Full Flame ~ everything in The Torch, plus one weekend at the ranch per year.
The Forge ~ a 12-month partnership, the only tier with a year-long commitment. Weekly sessions, Voxer between them, a monthly private workshop, and your private three-day immersion at the ranch woven into the arc of your year.
